The invention belongs to the technical field of immersed tube tunnel engineering, and relates to an immersed tube tunnel final joint combined type retaining device and a dry-wet alternate construction method thereof.The device comprises a retaining part, a force transmission part and a supporting part, the retaining part is poured to an underground diaphragm wall and arranged opposite to a bracket prefabricated on a final joint, and the force transmission part is connected with the supporting part; the distance L from the top of the retaining piece to the horizontal plane meets the condition that L is greater than or equal to H-h + l, so that the final joint is undocked and mounted when the final joint is constructed; the force transmission piece is arranged between the retaining piece and the bracket; the force transmission part comprises a first force transmission part, a second force transmission part and a third force transmission part which are connected in sequence, the first force transmission part is used for being in contact connection with the underground diaphragm wall, and the third force transmission part is used for being in matched connection with a steel cofferdam installed above the final joint; the supporting piece is used for connecting the upper portion of the force transmission piece and the underground diaphragm wall. The construction technology of the retaining device is simplified, the construction difficulty is reduced, rapid and convenient construction of the final joint is achieved, and the construction period is shortened.
