The retaining piece is poured at the underground diaphragm wall and is arranged opposite to the bracket; a throwing rib is reserved at the top of the retaining piece, and the distance L from the top of the throwing rib to the horizontal plane meets the condition that L is larger than or equal to H-h + 1, so that the final joint is undocked and installed when the final joint is constructed; the reinforcement cage comprises a first cage body and a second cage body which are connected into a whole; the first cage body is arranged between the retaining piece and the bracket and is used for forming a force transmission part for connecting the underground diaphragm wall and the final joint with poured concrete; the second cage body is positioned above the retaining piece and is used for forming a retaining part connected with the retaining piece together with poured concrete; and a positioning piece is arranged at the bottom of the second cage body and is matched with the throwing rib. The underwater construction time is shortened, the construction process is simplified, the construction difficulty is reduced, and rapid and convenient construction of the final joint is achieved.
