Fabricated concrete frame structure system with joints connected by UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)
The invention discloses a fabricated concrete frame structure system with joints connected through UHPC. The fabricated concrete frame structure system comprises a prefabricated concrete beam, a first-layer prefabricated concrete lower column, a first-layer prefabricated concrete upper column, a second-layer prefabricated concrete column and a prestressed steel pipe truss floor support plate. A post-cast UHPC column-column node area is arranged at the joint of the first-layer prefabricated concrete lower column and the first-layer prefabricated concrete upper column; a post-cast UHPC beam-column node area is arranged at the joint of the second-layer prefabricated concrete column, the first-layer prefabricated concrete upper column and the prefabricated concrete beam; the tops of the adjacent precast concrete upper columns are connected with precast concrete beams; and the prestressed steel pipe truss floor support plates are uniformly distributed in a horizontal area defined by the precast concrete beams. The prefabricated assembly type structural system is short in engineering period, good in anti-seismic performance and easy to maintain and repair, and the assembly efficiency and the bearing capacity and the shear capacity of the prefabricated concrete column are improved.
