The invention relates to a prefabricated wall type damper plugging structure and a construction method thereof, the plugging structure comprises two steel frameworks on the back side and the front side of a metal damper, and a ceiling keel is fixed at the lower end of an upper cantilever wall; the vertical keels are divided into a left keel bundle and a right keel bundle, and metal dampers are arranged in the interval between the two sets of vertical keels. The ground keel is used for connecting the lower ends of the vertical keels of the left keel bundle and the right keel bundle; a reserved interval is arranged at the upper ends of the ground keel and the lower cantilever wall and filled with cement mortar. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a steel framework is manufactured, cement mortar is smeared at the top end of a lower cantilever wall according to the reserved interval height, then the steel framework is installed between an upper cantilever and a lower cantilever, the upper end of the steel framework is fixedly connected with an upper cantilever wall, and the lower end of the steel framework falls on the top face of the cement mortar; transverse keels are mounted on the steel framework on the back side of the metal damper to reinforce the frame body, and an access door area is reserved on the steel framework on the front side; rock wool is filled in the space of the steel skeleton, panel and surface layer construction is carried out, and finally an access door is installed.
