The invention discloses a construction method of fabricated wallboards, which is characterized in that when a plurality of wallboards are spliced, an embedded block of one wallboard is clamped in an embedded groove of another wallboard adjacent to the wallboard, a board joint is arranged between the embedded block and the embedded groove, the width of the board joint is less than or equal to 5mm, the width of the joint between the wallboard and a main body structure is 10mm-20mm, and the width of the joint between the wallboard and the main body structure is 10mm-20mm. The plate joints and the joints are filled with adhesive mortar, the adhesive mortar filled in the plate joints and the joints is pasted with an alkali-resisting glass fiber net, and the alkali-resisting glass fiber net extends for 100mm along the two sides of the interface joints respectively.
