Method for preparing cement raw material from steel production waste residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing a cement raw material by using steel production waste residues. The method comprises the following steps: S1, crushing the steel production waste residues into particles; s2, adding limestone, sandstone, coal mine and clay into the crushed waste residues, and fully grinding to obtain a powdery mixture; s3, adding water and a water reducing agent into the powdery mixture at normal temperature, and stirring to form dry and thick paste; s4, pouring the paste into a granulator to prepare spherical particles until the surfaces of the particles are round and have no cracks and the particles are not adhered to one another, and standing until the particles are fully cured; and S5, pouring the fully cured spherical particles into clear water to be soaked, ensuring that salt in the spherical particles is fully leached out, fishing out, drying, grinding, finely grinding, and feeding a finished product raw material into a cement kiln to be sintered into cement. The cement raw material is prepared by replacing traditional iron oxide red powder with the steel waste slag, waste can be utilized, qualified products can be produced, meanwhile, the production cost can be saved, and preparation of the cement raw material is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种利用钢铁生产废渣制备水泥生料的方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将钢铁生产废渣通过粉碎至颗粒状;S2:向粉碎后的废渣中加入石灰石、砂岩、煤矿、粘土,并进行充分研磨,并得到粉末状混合物;S3:并在常温下向粉末状混合物中加水和减水剂,搅拌成干稠的膏体;S4:将膏体倒入造粒机中制成球状颗粒,直至颗粒表面圆润没有裂缝且颗粒之间互不粘连,静置直至充分固化;S5:将充分固化的球状颗粒倒入清水中浸泡,保证球状颗粒中的盐分充分浸出,捞出烘干后进行研磨,磨细后送成品生料到水泥窑烧成水泥。本发明通过钢铁废渣代替传统的铁红粉制备水泥生料,既能废物利用、生产出合格的产品,同时又能节约生产成本,有利于水泥生料的制备。
