Casting slurry as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses tape casting slurry as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic tape casting. The tape casting slurry is obtained by mixing and ball-milling ceramic slurry and ceramic powder, the ceramic slurry comprises a binder, a dispersant, a plasticizer and a solvent; the binder comprises at least two kinds of polyvinyl butyral with different molecular weights. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the tape-casting slurry, which comprises the following steps: mixing polyvinyl butyral with different molecular weights into a binder; adding the dispersing agent, the plasticizer and the binder into the solvent, and stirring to obtain a premixed solution; adding ceramic powder into the premixed liquid, and stirring to obtain ceramic slurry; and carrying out ball milling on the obtained ceramic slurry to obtain the tape casting slurry. In addition, the invention also provides application of the tape casting slurry or the tape casting slurry prepared by the preparation method in preparation of ceramic green bodies. The ceramic slurry is high in solid content and low in viscosity.
本发明公开一种流延浆料及其制备方法和应用，属于陶瓷流延技术领域。该流延浆料，由陶瓷浆料和陶瓷粉体混合球磨得到；所述陶瓷浆料包括粘结剂、分散剂、塑性剂和溶剂；所述粘结剂包括至少两种不同分子量的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。此外，本发明还提出一种上述流延浆料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将不同分子量的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛混合为粘结剂；将分散剂、塑性剂和粘结剂加入溶剂中搅拌得到预混液；将陶瓷粉体加入至预混液并搅拌得到陶瓷浆料；将得到的所述陶瓷浆料球磨获得流延浆料。此外，本发明还提出上述流延浆料或者上述制备方法制得的流延浆料在制备陶瓷生坯中的应用。本发明的陶瓷浆料固含量高、粘度低。
