The novel biological fermentation ultralight foamed ceramic material is prepared from the following raw materials: a pore forming agent, a toughening aid and ceramic powder, wherein the pore-forming agent comprises flour, water, yeast powder, egg white liquid, vegetable oil, citric acid and ammonium bicarbonate. In the preparation process of the biological fermentation ultralight foamed ceramic new material, the raw materials in the pore-forming agent have a synergistic effect through a biological fermentation method, a chemical foaming decomposition method and a mechanical stirring method, so that the volume density of the obtained biological fermentation ultralight foamed ceramic new material is lower than 0.3 g/cm < 3 >, and the porosity is higher than 90%; and pores in the novel biological fermentation ultralight foamed ceramic material are uniform in size and distribution, and have the microscopic characteristics of good uniformity and stability.
