The invention relates to the technical field of pavement slab installation, and discloses a wear-resistant fabricated pavement slab and a construction method thereof.The wear-resistant fabricated pavement slab comprises a slab body, an upper-layer steel bar frame arranged in the slab body and a lower-layer steel bar frame arranged at the bottom of the upper-layer steel bar frame; a first tongue-and-groove is formed in one end of the plate body, a second tongue-and-groove is formed in the other end of the plate body, the first tongue-and-groove extends into the second tongue-and-groove to form a splicing end, reserved grooves are formed in the two sides of the splicing end, the outer end of the plate body is provided with reserved grooves, and leveling mechanisms are arranged in the reserved grooves; the leveling mechanism comprises an upper leveling plate attached to the top of the reserved groove, a lower leveling plate attached to the ground and a double-thread sleeve arranged between the upper leveling plate and the lower leveling plate, an upper screw rod is arranged at the bottom of the upper leveling plate, and a lower screw rod is arranged at the top of the lower leveling plate; and the upper screw rod and the lower screw rod extend into the double-thread sleeve.
