The invention discloses an intelligent grouting device and technology for post-grouting of a cast-in-place pile, and belongs to the technical field of construction grouting. Comprising a limiting frame, an auxiliary half frame is slidably connected to the surface of the limiting frame, a driving mechanism is arranged on one side of the auxiliary half frame, a rectangular hole is formed in the position, located at the lower end of the driving mechanism, of one side of the auxiliary half frame, an air compressor is fixedly connected to the other side of the auxiliary half frame, and a matching mechanism is arranged at the top end of the auxiliary half frame; through the arrangement of the driving mechanism, the matching mechanism, the auxiliary semi-frame body and the air compressor, when the device works, a certain degree of separation cracks can be generated in a hole wall through impact force, then cement paste can permeate into a soil layer like a tree root state, and the cement paste rises layer by layer to separate the cracks and throw the cement paste; and the cement paste and the soil body are fully mixed and permeated to form a concrete column or a reinforcing body with higher strength, so that the bonding strength of the pile body and the foundation is obviously enhanced, and the bearing capacity and the stability of the foundation are improved.
