Manufacturing method of carbon fiber crucible for high-temperature treatment of negative electrode carbon
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a carbon fiber crucible for high-temperature treatment of negative electrode carbon. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: heating and melting a certain amount of asphalt in a heating container; uniformly mixing the molten asphalt with graphite and carbon fibers; pouring the uniformly mixed mixture of the graphite, the carbon fibers and the asphalt into a mold, extruding the mixture through a press machine, and forming to obtain a carbon fiber crucible blank; and putting the crucible blank into a graphitization furnace for heating and curing. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method and device of the carbon fiber crucible for the high-temperature treatment of the negative electrode carbon have the beneficial effects that the mixture of the graphite, the carbon fibers and the asphalt which are uniformly mixed is used as a main raw material of the carbon fiber crucible, and the carbon fibers can play a role in improving the structural strength of the crucible; the service life of the crucible can be prolonged, and the production cost of the graphitization process is reduced.
