One end of the first ramp is connected with the platform panel, the other end of the first ramp is provided with a supporting state which abuts against the side, to be crossed, of the obstacle and a storage state which is separated from the side to be crossed, and when the equipment or the materials need to be transported to cross the obstacle arranged at the corner, the equipment or the materials are moved to the platform panel from the first ramp; after the platform panel is rotated to the angle needing to be lowered, the equipment or the materials are unloaded through the first ramp plate, so that the equipment or the materials are transferred at the turning position with the obstacle, and the equipment or the materials transfer platform has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate and store and good in practicability.
