To provide a device that provides an easily mountable, configurable, and movable pet habitat.SOLUTION: A universal sill mountable device for mounting to a sill and a window 402, where the structure of windows and window systems vary, includes selectably positionable leg 110A for universal mounting. When the device is mounted to the window 402, the leg 110A is selectably positioned such that a distal end 306 of the leg 110A is substantially collinear with a suction cup 106A and comes into contact with the window 402 in the vicinity of a place 406, whereby a platform 102 maintains a substantially horizontal posture.
