The invention belongs to the technical field of water conservancy projects, and provides a river flood control and drainage system which comprises a pump station, a grille decontamination machine, a sand pump, a first auger loosening machine and a crushing assembly. The sand pump and the first auger loosening machine are arranged close to a riverbed, and the sand pump is located between a gate of the pump station and a grating of the grating cleaner; the first auger loosening machine is located on the side, away from the sand pump, of the grille cleaner. The crushing assembly comprises a first wolf tooth roller and a second wolf tooth roller, and rotating shafts of the first wolf tooth roller and the second wolf tooth roller are both perpendicular to the riverbed. According to the river channel flood control and drainage system, stones and large-size sundries mixed in flood can be extruded and crushed into small-size fragments through the crushing assembly, and the small-size fragments are cleaned through the grille cleaner; the first auger loosening machine is used for stirring silt in flood, deposition is avoided, meanwhile, the sand pump is combined for cleaning, and therefore the silt and stone cleaning problem in the flood control and drainage process is solved, and the continuous operation capacity of facilities is improved.
