The invention relates to a novel PHC energy pipe pile with heat exchange pipes arranged outside a pile body. The novel PHC energy pipe pile comprises an end-section PHC pipe pile, a non-end-section PHC pipe pile, external concrete vertical ribs, external concrete ring ribs and the U-shaped heat exchange pipes. The non-end-joint PHC pipe piles are arranged at the two ends of the end-joint PHC pipe pile. The external concrete longitudinal ribs are arranged on the outer wall of the PHC energy pipe pile, and the external concrete annular ribs are arranged at the bottom of the end section pipe pile. The U-shaped heat exchange tube comprises a U-shaped heat exchange tube vertical section and a U-shaped heat exchange tube bottom flat section; the vertical sections of the U-shaped heat exchange tubes are arranged in the external concrete vertical ribs in advance, and the bottom flat sections of the U-shaped heat exchange tubes are arranged in the external concrete annular ribs. Compared with the prior art, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, the pile body temperature stress is reduced, and the production construction difficulty is reduced.
