The invention relates to a pre-tensioning method prestressed concrete bilateral imitation wood pile. The pile comprises at least six prestressed steel bars and a plurality of pile bodies, wherein the prestressed steel bars are arranged along spiral stirrups at equal intervals; the spiral stirrup is arranged on the periphery of the prestressed reinforcement in a sleeving manner; the pile is hooped; the pile hoop is arranged on the periphery of the spiral stirrup, and a circular pile main body cavity is defined by the pile hoop; and the end plates are arranged at the two ends of the prestressed steel bars. The prestressed reinforcement is a steel bar for prestressed concrete, and the diameter of the steel bar is not less than 7.1 mm; an inner hole of the end plate is a round hole; wing edges are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the end plate, and tongue-and-grooves are formed in the wing edges on the two sides; the rabbet on one side is a concave arc, and the rabbet on the other side is a convex arc. The precast pile and the end plate matched with the precast pile are reasonable in structure, attractive in appearance and large in soil retaining width; the high-strength steel bars are adopted to replace common steel bars, the steel consumption is reduced under the condition that the same stress requirement is met, and resources are further saved.
