Novel 3D printing building robot and control method thereof
The invention discloses a novel 3D printing building robot and a control method thereof, and the building robot comprises a printing spray head device which is used for extruding concrete for printing; the transverse telescopic device is used for transversely stretching out and drawing back and driving the printing nozzle device to transversely move; the vertical telescopic device is arranged on the lower side of the transverse telescopic device and used for vertically stretching out and drawing back and driving the transverse telescopic device to vertically move. The rotating device is arranged on the lower side of the vertical telescopic device and used for driving the vertical telescopic device to rotate in the horizontal plane. According to the design, through the transverse telescopic mechanism and the vertical telescopic mechanism, contraction and extension of the overall structure can be achieved, the overall structure is small after contraction, the foundation height is low, overall machine hoisting and turnover transportation are facilitated, and in-situ printing can be conducted without disassembly and assembly; after the robot is stretched, the working space is large, a single machine can print a building or a component product with a large area, and multiple machines can cooperate to print a building with a larger area; by adopting light materials and optimal design, the whole machine is light in weight and can be placed on a floor for high-rise building printing.
