A solar storage battery, numerical control steel bar machining equipment, a computer digital display control panel and a distribution box which are connected with the folding solar assembly are arranged in the container, the solar storage battery is connected with the numerical control steel bar machining equipment and the computer digital display control panel through the distribution box, and the numerical control steel bar machining equipment is connected with the computer digital display control panel. The container and the numerical control reinforcing steel bar machining equipment are compositely installed to form a movable machining workshop, hoisting and transporting through a crane and a flat car are avoided, moving is flexible, reinforcing steel bar machining efficiency and machining precision are improved, and the number of operators is reduced; the foldable solar photovoltaic panel is adopted for energy storage and power generation, and the problem that electricity is inconvenient to use in field steel bar machining construction is solved.
