VEHICLE LATCH WITH OPENING ASSISTANCE
A vehicle latch assembly includes: a remote wrap-up actuator; the invention relates to a vehicle latch. The vehicle latch comprises a latch housing; a pawl pivotally mounted to the latch housing; a take-up lever pivotally mounted to the latch housing; the push-out rod is pivotally mounted to the winding rod; and wherein the remote take-up actuator is operably coupled to the take-up lever by a cable, where actuation of the remote take-up actuator causes rotation of the take-up lever, and during rotation of the take-up lever, the push-out lever travels along one of a push-out path in which the push-out lever does not contact the jaw bypass path and a push-out path in which the push-out lever contacts the jaw, and a push-out path in which the push-out lever does not contact the jaw bypass path. And an opening force is provided for the clamping jaw.
