Novel production process for preparing building material self-leveling powder from calcined phosphogypsum
The invention relates to the technical field of ardealite production, and discloses a novel production process for preparing building material self-leveling powder from calcined ardealite, which comprises the following steps: pretreatment, pre-drying, high-temperature rapid calcination, temperature setting drying, low ventilation cooling, homogenization, tail gas heat energy recovery, efficient tail gas washing and tail gas white removal treatment. The improved production process has low free water requirement on pretreatment of the raw material phosphogypsum, so that the production device has stability which can be carried out under wide natural conditions, the free water removal capacity in the pre-drying process is improved, the dependence of the overall dehydration capacity of the production device on overweight drying load is optimized, and the production efficiency is improved. The method has the advantages that clear function positioning is performed on drying dehydration, the quality of a product crystal phase is improved, meanwhile, the function of burning out organic matters at high temperature on phosphogypsum is reserved, the total moisture carrying amount of drying in the production process is increased, the drying production capacity can be expanded, and meanwhile, the tail gas has the advantage of being low in relative moisture content; therefore, the whole device has good stability.
本发明涉及磷石膏生产技术领域,公开了一种新型煅烧磷石膏制建材自流平粉的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理,预烘干,高温快速煅烧,调定温度烘干,低通风冷却,均化,尾气热能回收,尾气的高效洗涤,尾气脱白处理。改进后的生产过程对原料磷石膏预处理的低自由水要求,让生产装置具有广泛的自然条件下可进行的稳定性,在预干燥过程中脱自由水的能力得到提高,优化了生产装置整体脱水能力对干燥负荷过重的依赖,对干燥的脱水进行明确的功能定位,提高产品晶相的质量,同时保留对磷石膏高温燃烬有机质的功能存在,在生产过程干燥总体载湿体量提高,让干燥在生产能力能扩大的同时尾气具有相对湿含量较低的优点,从而保障整体装置具有良好的稳定性。
