The reinforcement cage comprises a bottom holding cylinder arranged in an inner cavity of the bamboo joint pile, the outer diameter size of the bottom holding cylinder is gradually increased from bottom to top, the outer diameter size of a cylinder opening of the bottom holding cylinder is matched with the inner diameter size of the bamboo joint pile, and the cylinder opening in the upper end of the bottom holding cylinder abuts against the inner wall of the bamboo joint pile in a pressing mode; a plurality of gaps are formed in the side wall of the bottom holding cylinder and are arranged in the inclined direction of the side wall, and a pouring space is formed between the bottom holding cylinder and the inner wall of the bamboo joint pile; hook parts are formed at the upper ends and the lower ends of the hoisting steel bars, the hoisting steel bars are embedded in the gaps, and the hook parts at the lower ends of the hoisting steel bars are arranged at the bottom of the bottom holding cylinder in a hooking mode; and the supporting ring beam is installed on the end face of the bamboo joint pile, and the hook part at the upper end of the hoisting steel bar is hung on the supporting ring beam. The problems that when an existing precast pile core is grouted and filled, concrete pouring is not smooth, and filling is not easy are solved.
本发明公开了一种竹节桩灌芯用钢筋笼及竹节桩灌芯方法,包括:设置于竹节桩的内腔中的兜底筒,兜底筒的外径尺寸自下而上逐渐增大,兜底筒的筒口的外径尺寸适配于竹节桩的内径尺寸,兜底筒的上端的筒口压抵于竹节桩的内壁,兜底筒的侧壁开设有多个缝隙,缝隙沿侧壁的倾斜方向设置,兜底筒与竹节桩的内壁之间形成浇筑空间;多根吊装钢棒,吊装钢棒的上下两端形成弯钩部,吊装钢棒嵌设于缝隙中,吊装钢板的下端的弯钩部勾设于兜底筒的筒底;支承环梁,安装于竹节桩的端面,吊装钢棒的上端的弯钩部挂设于支承环梁。本发明解决了现有的预制桩桩芯灌芯填充时,混凝土倒入不顺畅,且不易填实的问题。
