The invention discloses a fabricated UHPC-nano concrete composite wallboard and a construction method. The fabricated UHPC-nano concrete composite wallboard comprises a wallboard main body and a mounting piece, the wallboard main body is formed by integrally compounding a front UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) board, a rear UHPC board and a nano concrete layer clamped between the two UHPC boards, and the upper end and the lower end of the wallboard main body are respectively provided with a mounting piece; the mounting part comprises a clamping seat, a rubber block and a mounting plate, the clamping seat is a U-shaped seat and is clamped on one of the upper end and the lower end of the wallboard main body, the rubber block is arranged on the clamping seat, the mounting plate is arranged on the rubber block, the whole mounting part is fixed on the wallboard main body, and the mounting plate is used for connecting a top beam or a bottom beam.
