The invention relates to a tower multi-layer annular track curtain wall positioning and mounting method which comprises the steps that a double-layer annular track is arranged on a roof, a parking area is arranged, curtain walls are conveyed through hoisting equipment arranged on AGV trolleys in the double-layer annular track, and curtain wall mounting work of multiple outer walls of a building is conducted at the same time by arranging the multiple AGV trolleys. The AGV trolley is a suspension type monorail trolley, the double-layer annular track comprises an inner-layer annular track and an outer-layer annular track, a meeting track is arranged between the inner-layer annular track and the outer-layer annular track and corresponds to the middle position of each building outer wall, and track switching of the AGV trolley is achieved through the meeting track through a meeting switch. A parking track is arranged in the parking area, a parking switching track is arranged between the parking track and the inner-layer annular track, the switching track achieves switching of the parking state and the working state of the AGV through a parking switching switch, the inner-layer annular track is used for hoisting a curtain wall unit, and the outer-layer annular track is used for arranging a hanging basket for construction of constructors.
