Meanwhile, rare earth elements can be more uniformly doped, the operation method is simpler, more convenient and easier to control, the rare earth oxide is doped into zirconium carbide, the sintering assisting effect can be achieved, the phase of zirconium oxide serving as a main substance of an ablation oxide layer can be stabilized, and the situation that zirconium oxide is subjected to phase transformation from high temperature to low temperature to cause volume change is prevented; therefore, the integrity of the oxide layer is kept, and the ablation resistance of the composite material is improved.
本发明涉及一种氧化钇掺杂的C/C‑ZrC陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法和用途,本发明采用将氧化钇前驱体直接溶于含有碳化锆源溶液的有机溶剂中,混合得到均一溶液后再进行浸渍裂解反应,本发明的制备方法不仅提高了浸渍的效率,同时能够使稀土元素掺杂更加均匀,操作方法更加简便易控制,本发明通过往碳化锆中掺入稀土氧化物不仅可以起到助烧结的作用,还可以稳定烧蚀氧化层主要物质氧化锆的相,防止氧化锆从高温到低温的相转变造成体积变化,从而保持氧化层的完整性,提高复合材料的抗烧蚀性能。
