Buoyancy-adjustable horizontal drain board automatic laying device and method
The invention discloses a buoyancy-adjustable horizontal drain board automatic laying device which comprises a machine body system, a propelling system, a buoyancy adjusting system, a drain board system and a positioning system, the propelling system is installed at the bottom of the machine body system, and the buoyancy adjusting system and the positioning system are arranged on the machine body system. The propelling system drives the machine body system to move in the horizontal direction, the positioning system positions and monitors the movement track of a drainage plate, after the drainage plate reaches a set position, the buoyancy adjusting system drives the machine body system to move in the depth direction, and the drainage plate system is installed at the rear end of the machine body system. The end, away from the machine body system, of the drainage plate system is connected with an external vacuum drainage device through the drainage pipeline system, and when the drainage plate system is laid to a set position, drainage consolidation is conducted by starting the external vacuum water pumping device. The device can conveniently realize movement and height adjustment in a sludge foundation, so that the horizontal drainage plate can be accurately laid, the limitation of a construction site is solved, and the laying efficiency is improved.
