Low-alkali and alkali-resistant cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-alkali and alkali-resistant cement and a preparation method thereof. The low-alkali cement is prepared from 700 to 800 parts of limestone, 100 to 150 parts of riverbed stripping clay, 80 to 100 parts of sandstone, 75 to 80 parts of modified phosphogypsum, 70 to 80 parts of bauxite, 60 to 70 parts of coal gangue, 50 to 70 parts of iron tailings and 30 to 40 parts of mixed hole plugging material, the mixed hole plugging material comprises 38-42% of modified plastic powder, 32-35% of gelatin powder and 25-28% of a hole plugging agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, taking limestone, riverbed stripping clay, sandstone and iron tailings, and sequentially crushing, mixing and calcining in a kiln to obtain clinker; s2, crushing modified ardealite, bauxite and coal gangue, mixing with the clinker in S1, and bagging to obtain a semi-finished product material; and S3, mixing the modified plastic powder, the gelatin powder and the hole plugging agent in the filling material, performing mixing and low-temperature crushing, performing sealed packaging, and putting the obtained product into a bagged semi-finished product material. On the premise of low alkalinity, the product not only ensures the yield and low cost of cement, but also has the effect of resisting saltpetering.
