The invention discloses a phase-change paraffin-SiO2 aerogel composite fiber material, which is prepared by compounding molten phase-change paraffin and SiO2 sol, dispersing the phase-change paraffin and SiO2 sol by using a surfactant and assisting in constructing a SiO2 gel frame, and preparing the phase-change paraffin-SiO2 aerogel composite fiber material by using a glass fiber base material treated at high temperature as a support material. The phase change paraffin-SiO2 aerogel composite fiber material is prepared and obtained; the phase-change paraffin, the SiO2 aerogel and the glass fiber base material are compounded through simple, convenient and controllable operation, the problems that the phase-change paraffin is difficult to disperse, control, leach and immerse during compounding are solved, the obtained phase-change paraffin-SiO2 aerogel composite fiber material has super-high heat insulation and heat storage performance and good toughness, and meanwhile, the phase-change paraffin, the SiO2 aerogel and the glass fiber base material can be used for preparing the composite fiber material. The preparation method is convenient and stable, and has wide application value and potential.
