Fabricated combined high-pile wharf erecting method
The invention relates to the technical field of wharf construction, in particular to a fabricated combined high-pile wharf erecting method which adopts high-pile wharf beam and slab erecting integrated equipment. The equipment comprises a cross beam, supporting legs which are arranged below the cross beam and can move in the transverse direction, a longitudinal beam which is arranged on the cross beam and can move in the transverse direction, and a hoisting trolley which is arranged on the longitudinal beam and can move in the longitudinal direction. The method comprises the following steps: erecting equipment on the shore; the equipment is driven to move to a wharf range through the multiple supporting legs; the rails are arranged in the length direction of the wharf through the hoisting trolley, so that the bottoms of the supporting legs can drive the whole equipment to move in the length direction of the wharf, and the prefabricated parts are hoisted to the range of the wharf from the shoreside through the hoisting trolley to be installed till all the prefabricated parts are installed. The prefabricated parts between the shoreside and the wharf are hoisted and transported through the equipment, and the influence of sea waves on the prefabricated parts in the transportation and installation process is reduced or even avoided.
本发明涉及码头施工技术领域,具体涉及一种装配式组合高桩码头架设方法,采用一种高桩码头梁板架设一体设备,设备包括横梁、设置在横梁下并能沿横向移动的支腿、设置在横梁上并能沿横向移动的纵梁和设置在纵梁上并能沿纵向移动的的吊重小车;其方法包括:在岸边架设设备;通过多个所述支腿带动设备移动至码头范围;通过吊重小车沿码头的长度方向布设轨道,使支腿的底部能够带动整个设备沿码头的长度方向移动,并通过吊重小车将预制件从岸边吊装至码头范围进行安装,直至全部预制件安装完毕。本发明通过设备实现岸边与码头范围之间预制件的吊装运输,减少甚至避免了预制件在运输和安装过程中受到海浪的影响。
