The intelligent self-adaptive side slope anchor cable reinforcing system comprises an anchor cable, a sensor module and a data processing module, the anchor cable further comprises an anchorage device, an anchor cable body, a tension anchor rod and an outer anchor head, the anchorage device further comprises a tension section anchorage device and an anchoring section anchorage device, and the outer anchor head further comprises an anchor sealing box and a prestress adjusting device. The sensor module comprises a stress sensor, a displacement sensor, a torque sensor and an environment sensor, and the data processing module receives and processes data transmitted by the sensor module. The anchor cable embedded in the slope and the surrounding environment are monitored, data monitored by the sensor are uploaded to the data processing module, the data processing module analyzes and processes the data, the slope state and the anchor cable working state are judged according to a preset algorithm and a threshold value, and the prestress of the anchor cable is adjusted by sending an instruction to the prestress adjusting device. The slope stability is improved, the anchor cable can be in the best working state all the time, and the reinforcing effect of the anchor cable can be better achieved.
