Anti-loosening self-locking cable clamp node
The invention discloses an anti-loosening self-locking type cable clamp node which comprises a middle connecting plate and a continuous inhaul cable. The number of the middle connecting plates is two, the two middle connecting plates are oppositely arranged, the continuous inhaul cable is clamped between the two middle connecting plates, the upper side of one middle connecting plate is provided with the cable clamp upper cover plate, and the lower side of the other middle connecting plate is provided with the cable clamp lower cover plate; the cable clamp upper cover plate, the two middle connecting plates and the cable clamp lower cover plate are connected and pre-tightened through a plurality of high-strength bolts; sawtooth-shaped structures are arranged between the cable clamp upper cover plate and the middle connecting plate and between the cable clamp lower cover plate and the middle connecting plate in a matched mode and can generate acting force in the axial direction of the high-strength bolt when the cable force is unbalanced so as to increase the pre-tightening force of the high-strength bolt. According to the cable clamp node structure, it can be guaranteed that when the cable force of the inhaul cable is increased due to increase of external loads and the cross section of the inhaul cable is reduced, the high-strength bolt can still keep the pre-tightening force, and therefore the anti-sliding stress requirement of the inhaul cable is met; and the weight of the cable clamp can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种防松动自锁型索夹节点,包括中间连接板和连续拉索;所述中间连接板有两块且为相对设置,所述连续拉索夹于两块中间连接板之间,其中一块中间连接板的上侧设置有索夹上盖板,另一块中间连接板的下侧设置有索夹下盖板;所述索夹上盖板、两块中间连接板和索夹下盖板通过多颗高强度螺栓连接预紧;所述索夹上盖板和所述索夹下盖板与中间连接板之间分别配合设置有锯齿形结构,所述锯齿形结构能够在索力不平衡时沿高强度螺栓轴向产生作用力,以增加高强度螺栓的预紧力。本发明中的索夹节点构造可保证拉索在外荷载增加导致索力增大,拉索横截面减小时,高强度螺栓仍能保持预紧力,从而满足拉索抗滑移的受力要求;同时可降低索夹重量。
