The invention discloses a flue reserved tongue-and-groove hanging-hole-free construction method which comprises the following steps: according to the specific size of a flue in an architectural drawing, deeply designing a flue tongue-and-groove, and arranging a boss at the position of the flue tongue-and-groove; shaping a special template for the boss; when a main body is constructed, steel bars are reserved at the position of a flue tongue-and-groove; after main body construction is completed, boss construction is conducted; and after the concrete strength of the boss meets the requirement, the formwork is removed, and the flue is installed. Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that when the aluminum mold is designed, the groove and the boss are reserved, the construction process free of hole hanging is achieved, the flue is placed on the boss, layer-by-layer load unloading is conducted, and the traditional mode that angle iron is arranged at the flue opening of not more than two layers and the flue is placed on the angle iron for unloading is changed. Meanwhile, the anti-leakage effect is achieved, the construction stage of the main body structure is finished once, the construction quality and effect are good, the purposes of reducing cost and increasing efficiency are achieved, the construction period is shortened, and labor cost and material cost are saved.
