The invention discloses a monorail rail car driving operation system. The monorail rail car driving operation system comprises a supporting system, a driving system, an I-shaped rail and a vertical enclasping system. The supporting system comprises a supporting keel, a supporting wheel, a main driving wheel axle and a lower axle; the supporting keels are of truss structures arranged on the two sides of the rail in the longitudinal direction. The two supporting wheels are installed on the upper end faces of the I-shaped rail lower flange plates on the two sides of the lower portion of the supporting keel through lower wheel shafts. The driving system comprises a driving device, a main driving wheel, a main wheel coaxial gear, a driven wheel coaxial gear, a driven wheel shaft and a driven wheel; the driving device is fixedly arranged on the inner side face of the supporting keel, the power output end of the driving device is fixedly connected with a main driving wheel axle, and the main driving wheel axle is fixedly sleeved with a main driving wheel and a main wheel coaxial gear. The track comprises an upper flange plate, a web plate and a track lower flange plate; the invention further discloses a corresponding operation method.
