DRIVING APPARATUS FOR MONORAIL VEHICLE
The present invention provides a driving apparatus for a monorail vehicle, which minimizes vibration and noise. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the driving apparatus for a monorail vehicle runs along a track of a running rail, and comprises: a housing; an upper roller running forwards or backwards while rotating over the upper surface of the running rail formed in parallel with the ground; a pinion gear engaged with a rack gear formed on the lower surface of the running rail to rotate so as to run forwards or backwards; a drive motor arranged over the upper roller and receiving power to drive for the pinion gear and the upper roller to be rotationally operated; a reducer applying braking power to a power transfer shaft to reduce the running speed of the pinion gear; and an escape prevention module fastened to the outer surface of the housing, and preventing a phenomenon where the pinion gear is separated from the lower surface side of the running rail towards the ground by using tension.
본 발명의 일실시예는 주행 레일의 궤도에 따라 주행하는 모노레일 차량 구동장치에 있어서, 하우징과, 지면과 수평하게 형성되는 상기 주행 레일의 상면 위를 회전하면서 전방 또는 후방으로 주행하는 상부 롤러와, 상기 주행 레일의 하면에 형성되는 랙 기어(rack gear)에 맞물려 회전함에 따라 전방 또는 후방으로 주행하는 피니언 기어(pinion gear)와, 상기 상부 롤러 위에 배치되어, 상기 상부 롤러 및 상기 피니언 기어가 회전 동작할 수 있도록 전원을 공급받아 구동하는 구동 모터와, 동력 전달 축에 제동력을 가하여, 상기 피니언 기어의 주행 속도를 감속시키는 감속기와, 상기 하우징의 외표면에 체결되며, 상기 피니언 기어가 지면 방향으로 상기 주행 레일의 하면측으로부터 벌어지는 현상을 장력을 이용하여 방지하는 이탈 방지 모듈을 포함하는 모노레일 차량 구동장치를 제공한다.
