Comprising the steps that S1, a groove is excavated, specifically, the position of a drainage pipeline is marked on the ground according to design requirements and a drawing, the groove with the proper depth and width is excavated through an excavator according to the mark, and a track used for operation of a construction device is laid in the groove; and S2, a stabilizing component is installed, specifically, the stabilizing component used for supporting the drainage pipeline is installed in the groove. According to the invention, the stabilizing component is added in the pipeline construction equipment, on one hand, the stabilizing component reduces vibration generated during operation of the pipeline construction equipment, and on the other hand, a reinforcing piece extending to the outside can be added outside the pipeline, so that the underground outdoor drainage pipeline is effectively prevented from being damaged due to backfilling of soil; and the slope requirement of the buried drainage pipeline is met, and even if the backfill soil sinks, normal use of the buried drainage pipeline can still be guaranteed.
