Intelligent start-stop floating oil collector
The intelligent start-stop floating oil collector comprises an oil collecting tank, a buoy and a filter screen, an oil content monitoring device and an oil drain pump are arranged at the bottom in the oil collecting tank, the oil drain pump is connected with an oil drain hose, and an oil film thickness monitoring device is arranged at the upper end of the oil collecting tank. The oil content monitoring device, the oil drain pump and the oil film thickness monitoring device are electrically connected with the intelligent electric cabinet, and the intelligent electric cabinet receives monitoring signals of the oil content monitoring device and the oil film thickness monitoring device and then controls starting and stopping of the oil drain pump. The buoy is connected to the outer side of the oil collecting tank, and the filter screen is detachably connected to the upper end of the oil collecting tank. The functions of automatically monitoring leaked floating oil and intelligently controlling start and stop of the oil drain pump can be achieved, manual observation and cleaning of the floating oil in a well are not needed, safety risks caused by manual descending to clean the floating oil are eliminated, the floating oil cleaning efficiency is improved, the oil-water preliminary separation function is achieved, the oily water treatment amount is reduced, oil dirt cleaning consumables do not need to be consumed, and the cost is reduced. And secondary pollution and resource waste are avoided.
本发明提出一种智能启停浮油收集器，包括：集油箱、浮筒与滤网，集油箱内的底部设有含油量监测装置与排油泵，排油泵连接排油软管，集油箱的上端设有油膜厚度监测装置，含油量监测装置、排油泵与油膜厚度监测装置分别电连接智能电控箱，智能电控箱接收含油量监测装置与油膜厚度监测装置的监测信号后控制排油泵的启停；浮筒连接于集油箱的外侧，滤网可拆卸连接在集油箱的上端。本发明可实现泄漏浮油自动监测以及智能控制排油泵启停的功能，无需人工观测以及清理井内浮油，消除人工下井清理浮油带来的安全风险，提高浮油清理效率，具有初步分离油水功能，减少油污水处理量，无需消耗清油污消耗品，避免造成二次污染以及资源的浪费。
