Concrete release agent and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a concrete release agent and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the concrete release agent comprises, based on the total weight thereof: 25-40 wt% of a base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40 DEG C of between 1 and 20 mm2/s, the base oil being selected from mineral oil, synthetic oil or a combination thereof; 5 to 10 weight percent of nonionic polyurethane resin, wherein the nonionic polyurethane resin is a polymerization product of C6-10 dihydric alcohol and aliphatic diisocyanate; 0.5 to 2.5 wt% of an emulsifier; 1-2 wt% of a penetrant; 1 to 5 wt% of an antifoaming agent; 2-4 wt% of an antirust agent; and the balance of water. According to the embodiment of the invention, the concrete release agent has good release performance, the concrete subjected to release treatment by the concrete release agent has good self-curing capability in the curing process, and the finally cured concrete has enhanced mechanical performance.
