The invention discloses a password input method of an intelligent lock, the intelligent lock comprises a rotary input assembly, a display assembly, a locking assembly and a controller, the method comprises the following steps: S10, under the condition that the controller detects that the rotary input assembly rotates, controlling the display assembly to display an initial number; s20, controlling a display assembly to display numbers in sequence according to the rotation direction of the rotation input assembly; s30, when the number displayed by the display component meets the requirement, completing the input of the first password; s40, repeating the steps S20 and S30 to complete the input of the multi-bit password; and S50, under the condition that the password is correctly input, the controller controls the locking assembly to unlock. According to the password input method, the rotating input assembly is used for inputting the password, operation is easy, the defects of a common password input mode can be overcome, the implementation structure is simple and reliable, violent damage is not likely to happen, and therefore the safety of the intelligent lock is improved.
