A steel box girder hoisting device comprises a hoisting beam hanging bracket, air cylinder barrels are fixedly connected to the periphery of the hoisting beam hanging bracket, air inlets of the air cylinder barrels are communicated with air inlet pipes with air inlet valves, and the bottoms of the air cylinder barrels are fixedly connected with fixing frames through installation pieces; clamping assemblies used for hoisting and positioning the steel box girder are arranged on the two sides of the fixing frame, and each clamping assembly comprises a double-end motor fixed between the beam hoisting frame and the fixing frame; pressurizing assemblies which are matched with the air cylinder barrels in an acting mode are arranged on the periphery of an inner cavity of the hanging beam hanging bracket, and correcting assemblies which are matched with the pressurizing assemblies in a supplying mode are arranged on the two sides, close to the clamping assemblies, of the fixing frame. Through cooperation of the clamping assembly, the pressurizing assembly, the correcting assembly and the push-pull assembly, a pneumatic and mechanical combined mode is adopted, and efficient hoisting of position adjustment and front-back pushing of the steel box girder is achieved.
