The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit engineering, and discloses an adjustable assembly type grouting steel pipe reinforced concrete inclined pile support and a construction method thereof.The adjustable assembly type grouting steel pipe reinforced concrete inclined pile support comprises H-shaped steel for supporting and an inclined pile support body which are pre-buried in a soil layer, the length direction of the H-shaped steel for supporting is horizontal to the depth direction of the soil layer, and the inclined pile support body is arranged on the H-shaped steel for supporting; a preset dip angle exists between the length direction of the inclined pile support body and the length direction of the H-shaped steel for supporting; the adjustable assembly type steel corbel is divided into a steel corbel middle beam, a steel corbel upper beam and a steel corbel lower beam, and the steel adjustable head is arranged on the adjusting beam and used for connecting the adjustable assembly type steel corbel and the inclined pile support body; the position of the steel movable head can be adjusted through the arranged adjustable assembly type steel corbel, material waste caused by construction errors is avoided, the errors are compensated, and meanwhile the steel pipe concrete pile can be recycled and reused through the arranged adjustable assembly type steel corbel and the structure bottom plate.
