Steel pipe grouting type root pile construction method for advanced support
The invention provides a steel pipe grouting type root pile construction method for advanced support. The construction method comprises the following steps of: grouting every 2-4 grouting steel pipes with grouting holes in one end into a group by utilizing the principle of a root pile, and obliquely driving the grouting steel pipes into foundation soil one by one by using a roof bolter or corresponding equipment; and then conducting grouting reinforcement on the corresponding portions of the ends of the piles according to the condition of supporting force needed by a supporting system to form root piles, wherein the upper ends of the grouting steel pipes are rigidly connected with top beam steel bars at the top ends of the fender piles, and each set of grouting steel pipes are connected through a steel truss to form an integral steel pipe pile. A supporting-free foundation pit support system is formed by adopting the steel pipe grouting type root pile construction method for advanced support, the horizontal supporting force needed by the foundation pit is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the working face of earth excavation is enlarged, the construction progress is accelerated, and the method has good practical value and economic value for actual engineering.
本发明提供了一种用于超前支护的钢管注浆形式树根桩施工方法,该施工方法是利用树根桩的原理,将一端开设有注浆孔的注浆钢管以每2‑4根注为一组,用锚杆机或相应设备将注浆钢管斜向逐一打入地基土中,然后根据支护体系所需支撑力情况对桩端部相应部位注浆加固,形成树根桩,注浆钢管上端与围护桩顶端的冠梁钢筋进行刚性连接,每组注浆钢管通过钢桁架进行连接形成一整体的钢管桩。本发明采用超前支护的钢管注浆形式树根桩施工方法形成无支撑式基坑围护体系,不仅保证了基坑所需的水平支撑力,同时增大了土方开挖的作业面,加快了施工进度,对实际工程具有良好的实用价值和经济价值。
