The invention discloses a mass concrete construction method combining a skip method and a prestress technology. The mass concrete construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a construction area is divided into a pre-pouring bin and a post-pouring bin based on the skip method; 2, pre-acting prestressed tendons and post-acting prestressed tendons are reserved in each bin block; at least tensioning and restraining pre-acting prestressed tendons in the pre-pouring bin; step 3, pouring pre-pouring bin concrete; 4, releasing constraints at the two ends of the pre-working prestressed tendon after the concrete in the pre-pouring bin is subjected to heat expansion; 5, after the concrete in the pre-pouring bin shrinks and is tensioned, prestressed tendons are used; 6, post-pouring bin concrete is poured; before, the post-pouring bin is tensioned and restrained to serve as pre-stressed tendons; 7, after the post-pouring bin concrete is subjected to heat expansion, constraint at the two ends of the pre-acting prestressed tendons is relieved; and 8, closing construction is conducted on the pre-pouring bin and the post-pouring bin. According to the construction method, the risk that cracks are generated during expansion and shrinkage of the mass concrete is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved due to the fact that the larger bin dividing size is allowed.
