According to the construction method, the warehouse jumping method and the running water recursion method are combined, shrinkage joints of concrete are reduced, the construction joints are used for replacing an original post-cast strip, water leakage and water and soil loss caused by arrangement of the post-cast strip are avoided, the process is simple, and the construction period is short.
