The invention provides a building overhead ground structure construction method, and relates to the technical field of building engineering.The method comprises the steps that dust and sundries on the surface of a base layer are cleaned, concave-convex parts on the surface of the base layer are removed, holes are filled, the surface of the base layer is smooth and free of defects, and a base layer treatment result is obtained; popping up an elevation control line along the wall body according to a base layer processing result, checking the elevation of the structural plate through a stay wire, enabling the elevation to be consistent with the decoration thickness, providing positioning for the installation of the overhead module, and obtaining a paying-off positioning result; and mounting the overhead plates according to the arrangement diagram of the overhead plates according to a paying-off positioning result, and enabling the distance between the foundation bolts not to exceed 400mm in the mounting process, so as to obtain an initially mounted overhead module. Through accurate positioning, stable mounting and leveling, tight laying and testing, an efficient and stable overhead ground system is constructed, the construction efficiency and quality are improved, meanwhile, use of a traditional wet method structural layer is reduced, and the green and environment-friendly construction concept is embodied.
本发明提供一种建筑架空地面构造施工方法,涉及建筑工程技术领域,所述方法包括:清理基层表面的灰尘、杂物,并剔除基层表面的凹凸部分,对空洞进行填补,使基层表面平整无缺陷,得到基层处理结果;根据基层处理结果,沿墙体弹出标高控制线,并通过拉线校核结构板标高,使其与装修厚度相符,为架空模块安装提供定位,得到放线定位结果;根据放线定位结果,按照架空板布置图进行架空板的安装,在安装过程中,使地脚螺栓的间距不超过400mm,得到初步安装的架空模块。本发明通过准确定位、稳固安装与调平、严密铺设及测试,构建了高效稳定的架空地面系统,提升了施工效率与质量,同时减少了传统湿法构造层的使用,体现了绿色、环保的施工理念。
