A cutting retaining wall structure comprises a retaining wall foundation, a retaining wall body poured on the top of the retaining wall foundation, and a first concrete layer, a second concrete layer and a third concrete layer which are sequentially poured on the back face of the retaining wall body; the drainage assembly comprises a plurality of first drainage pipes, a large-diameter second drainage pipe communicated with the water inlet ends of the first drainage pipes, and a steel wire mesh framework wrapping the periphery of the second drainage pipe. In order to solve the problems that a backfill layer of an existing cutting retaining wall is difficult to compact and unsmooth in drainage, the retaining assembly and the drainage assembly which consider the compaction degree of the backfill layer of the wall back, ensure smooth drainage of the wall back and quickly clean fine-grained soil accumulated at the bottom are provided, so that the compaction degree of the backfill layer at the wall heel of a retaining wall foundation is ensured; the defect that top shallow layer pores of the retaining wall backfill layer are prone to being blocked is overcome, and meanwhile the retaining wall backfill layer is kept smooth in overall drainage.
