Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufbau (1), beispielweise einen flexiblen Aufbau (1), zur Erwärmung eines Bauteils (5) eines Gebäudes, wobei das Bauteil insbesondere eine Wand (5) und/oder ein Boden und/oder eine Decke ist, aufweisend ein Heizsystem (3) und eine diffusionsoffene Dämmung (2), wobei das Heizsystem (3) derart ausgebildet ist, dass durch vom Heizsystem bereitgestellte Wärme eine Erwärmung des Bauteils (5) bewirkt werden kann und wobei die diffusionsoffene Dämmung (2) derart angeordnet oder anordenbar ist, dass ein Wärmetransport der vom Heizsystem (3) bereitgestellten Wärme in die heizsystemseitige Umgebung (6) des Bauteils (5) reduziert werden kann. Der Aufbau (1) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass beabstandet zur diffusionsoffenen Dämmung (2) eine Trennlage (7) vorhanden ist, die eine durchströmbare und/oder drainierte Schicht (8) zwischen der diffusionsoffenen Dämmung (2) und der Trennlage (7) begrenzt.
