PROCESS OF PREPARING A SUPERHYDROPHOBIC SILICON-ALUMINUM-ZIRCONIUM COMPOSITE MATERIAL
The present disclosure provides a superhydrophobic silicon-aluminum-zirconium composite material and a preparation method thereof. The superhydrophobic silicon-aluminum-zirconium composite material includes a silicon-aluminum-zirconium aerogel and a fiber material, components of the silicon-aluminum-zirconium aerogel and mass percentages of the various components are as follows: SiO230%-95%, Al2O35%-70%, and ZrO2having a mass percentage of greater than 0 and not greater than 10%; the fiber material is impregnated into the silicon-aluminum-zirconium aerogel, and a gelation and a supercritical drying are performed to obtain the superhydrophobic silicon-aluminum-zirconium composite material. The silicon-aluminum-zirconium aerogel composite material prepared by the technical solution of the present disclosure has a low vibration mass loss rate, and a stable structure at high temperatures. Moreover, simple the process is simple, easily controlled, and has low cost.
