METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A COMPOSITE ELEMENT, DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING THE COMPOSITE ELEMENT, THE COMPOSITE ELEMENT ITSELF AND USE OF THE COMPOSITE ELEMENT
The invention concerns a method of manufacturing a composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24) comprising at least two components (100, 200) wherein a first component (100) comprises a light substance and is provided by means of an additive manufacturing technique. In addition, the invention concerns a device (10) for manufacturing the composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24). The composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24) itself as well as the use thereof are also subject-matter of this invention.The method of manufacturing a composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24), in particular an architectural constructional element, comprising at least two components (100, 200), is characterized in that a first component (100) of the composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24) comprises a light substance with a density between 50 kg/m3 and 300 kg/m3, in particular between 70 kg/m3 and 200 kg/m3, and is provided by means of an additive manufacturing technique, wherein the first component (100) is combined with at least one additional component (200) in order to provide the composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24).

The composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24) itself as well as the use thereof are also subject-matter of this invention.The method of manufacturing a composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24), in particular an architectural constructional element, comprising at least two components (100, 200), is characterized in that a first component (100) of the composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24) comprises a light substance with a density between 50 kg/m3 and 300 kg/m3, in particular between 70 kg/m3 and 200 kg/m3, and is provided by means of an additive manufacturing technique, wherein the first component (100) is combined with at least one additional component (200) in order to provide the composite element (20, 21, 22, 23, 24).
