The module 9, 10 comprises a set of walls, a supply point and a connection point. The walls comprise inner and outer surfaces, the inner surfaces define at least part of an enclosed room, such as a wash room or kitchen. The outer surfaces of the wall are, when the module is part of a building, used to at least partly form the inner walls of other rooms 11 in the building. The supply point receives services, such as water, gas, electricity or internet, and these services are carried to the connection points. The connection points are located on the outer surface of the walls so that the services can be supplied to the other rooms of the building. Also claimed is a building with at least one of the modules and a method of making a building using the module.
