COMPOSITE SUBSTRATE
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a composite substrate including: a ceramic plate; a brazing material layer configured to contain silver and tin and be provided on the ceramic plate; and a metal base material configured to include a region formed by diffusion of silver and tin and be joined to the ceramic plate via the brazing material layer, in which a ratio of Y to X is 0.10 to 1.00, where a thickness of a silver dispersion region is X and a thickness of a tin dispersion region is Y, in a cross section orthogonal to a joining surface between the ceramic plate and the metal base material.
