The invention relates to a stairway (10) for a set of stairs (1), in particular a modular-construction set of stairs, comprising two stringers (100), which are spaced apart from one another in a parallel state, and also stair elements (200), which are arranged between the stringers (100), are connected releasably to the stringers (100) and each form a tread (210) and a riser (220), wherein the stair elements (200) rest on first and second brackets (110, 120), which are arranged on mutually facing inner sides of the stringers (100). The invention also relates to a set of stairs (1), in particular a modular-construction set of stairs, having a stairway (10) according to the invention and also to a method for producing a set of stairs (1), in particular a modular-construction set of stairs.
